Appartamento Sanfelice
Comfortable apartment with a bedroom featuring star-vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the ancient Franciscan monastery. It has a floor with antique cement tiles and mosaic. Guests have access to a private kitchen and a respective dining area in a wonderful winter garden.

Suite Giannelli
In the past, it was the room of the King's Procurator Antonio De Mitri. Original floors in cocciopesto (a traditional floor made from crushed terracotta and lime) and mosaic, frescoed vaults, and a balcony with a view of the façade of the Church of the Immaculate Conception identify the uniqueness of the place.









Suite De Mitri
This room was inhabited by the noblewoman Maria Zuccaro De Mitri, wife of the King's procurator. The features are: the fully frescoed vault, the floors in cocciopesto and mosaic, the secret passages leading to the Church of Santa Teresa, and the view of an ancient convent.

Suite Zuccaro
An excellent solution for long stays and families, since it can be rented as a whole apartment along with the Isabella Suite. For couples only, the bedroom with private bathroom is available, with the additional option of using the kitchen for an extra charge of €30 per day. The bedroom has parquet floors, while the bathroom features beautiful mosaic tiles. The view overlooks the medieval courtyard.









Suite Isabella

Suite Sambiasi
It was the room of Baron Gio Francesco Sambiasi. A room with a star vault, ancient floors, and a terrace with a south-facing exposure and a view of the ancient garden of the Palace. It is said that from the balcony of this room, one could see the sea, just 4 km away, and that the Baron could oversee all his estates. The ancient tower has been transformed into an enveloping shower.

Suite Maremonti
In the Middle Ages, it was the room of the noble Isabella Maremonti, wife of Baron Gio Francesco Sambiasi. The Maremonti family crest is carved in the Great Hall on the ground floor. A room with pavilion vaults, parquet, and ancient floors. The bathroom is spacious with two marble holy water basins transformed into sinks and the ancient oil lamp container transformed into a huge bathtub. The small balcony overlooks the small side garden of the Palace.

Suite Santa Teresa
In 1678, it was the room of Sister Teresa Adami. A very bright room with a small terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city. The ancient oil lamp container has been transformed into a relaxation bathtub, while the ancient presbytery has been turned into a wardrobe.









Suite Imperiali
A room with frescoed vaults in Pompeian red, parquet and mosaic floors. It enjoys a pleasant south-facing exposure during the winter months, thanks to its balcony with an ideal garden view.

Suite Carafa
A room with frescoed vaults, 9 meters high, parquet and mosaic floors. The internal area is 60 sqm, while the private terrace area is 40 sqm. Bright and quiet, it is also ideal for a family with children.
